This holiday let underwent a complete re-furbishment, and Glendevon Energy supplied the MCS compliant Ground Source Heat Pump and Solar Thermal System. Glendevon worked with, and supported Samborek Plumbing, who installed the systems as part of the overall renovations.
The heat pump, as shown to the right, is a highly efficient single phase 12kW NIBE system with two 100m deep boreholes for ground pipe. The solar thermal is a 3m2 Thermomax HP200 Evacuated Tube system. Together the heat pump and solar thermal panels provide all the heating and hot water for this beautiful seaside property which is available for holiday lets.
