Glendevon Energy have now supplied and installed a 130kW ETA HACK wood pellet boiler system for the Estates; providing heat and hot water to the Farmhouse and five cottages. This enables the Estates to supply heat to the tenants in the five cottages at a price guaranteed to be substantially cheaper than oil.
The boiler and fuel store are located in the purpose built Energy Cabin to the left of the picture above, whilst the hot water cylinders and distribution systems for each property are located in purpose built ‘porches’ as seen in the thumbnail pictures to the right.
