RECC are a certified ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for Consumer Disputes’ body. ADR is an easier, quicker and more cost effect way to resolve complaints should they arise.  In the unlikely event of a dispute arsing around the installation of a small scale renewable energy system that cannot be resolved through our complaints handling procedure, disputes can be escalated to RECC for mediation.
