Our team of in house engineers that can work independently or with local contractors, and we have established relationships with suppliers to tailor the system design and controls to your specific requirements.
Biomass is a great solution for older properties, high heat demand and properties without a reliable electricity supply. We have one at the Glendevon Energy Office which also serves three residential properties and it has been a huge success!
We are centrally located and cover a wide area of Scotland including Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross, the Lothians and Fife.

Wood pellet boilers fit all heat demands, are highly automated and need the smallest volume of fuel to deliver the appropriate level of heat.
For smaller domestic installations systems can be manually fed with bagged pellets, but typically customers install a bulk feed store for automatic pellet supply to the boiler.
Wood pellet boilers are ideal for properties that are difficult to insulate, and/or that need a high temperature heat source. For example, stone houses, factories, rural or exposed properties. From a tiny bothy to a huge school, wood pellet systems can be installed to fit your requirements.
Wood Chip boilers tend to be for larger installations such as farm buildings, estates, district heating schemes or commercial buildings, with their own wood chip or a local source available. They are typically installed with buffer tanks so that a huge volume of water is heated up to circulate according to demand, and so the boiler does not necessarily need to run all the time.
Log boilers can be a popular solution for customers with their own log supply and with the time or staff to handle the huge volume of wood required.
For longevity of the system wood needs to be seasoned for 2-3 years and at the moisture level specified by the manufacturer. Automatic lighting options are available at the top of the range, through to boilers with more manual operation.
As with wood burning stoves, hard wood gives the most heat for the least amount of logs and burns the cleanest. Scottish softwood can be effective with additional cleaning and potentially mixed with hard wood for the best result.
