Glendevon Energy are HETAS and MCS accredited for Biomass service and repairs. We offer Bronze, Silver and Gold annual plans so that we can adapt our service to meet your needs.

We look after systems for both domestic and commercial clients including new builds, family homes, district heating schemes, farms, estates, offices and churches. 

We hold some ETA and Windhager stock, as well as common parts such as expansion vessels, washers, ignition elements, seals, lambda probes and inhibitors. Our Engineers have experience and training, and we have long standing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers so that we can resolve issues and meet your needs as quickly as possible.

We are trained and experienced in numerous brands of wood pellet, log and chip boilers.  ETA, Froling, Hargassner, Eco Angus, Grant, Nibe, Windhager and Heizomat are all familiar to Glendevon Energy and we stand ready to repair, service and maintain according to your needs. 

Our Engineers handle emergency breakdowns with knowledge and experience.  Breakdowns and error messages can be varied and we have the practical skills to tackle them coupled with the stock/ relationship with suppliers to persist through to resolution.  Common issues can include, ignition element faults, fuel blockages, high O2 warnings, auger motor failures, seized bearings, pressure issues and misaligned cogs. 

We understand how important it is to have knowledgeable Engineers that know your system and look after it through Summer and Winter.  We can respond on an ad hoc basis, or you can take out a Service Plan.

For Non-Domestic RHI customers we are HETAS accredited and register your service for Ofgem purposes, we can change NDRHI heat meters in line with Ofgem requirements that they are calibrated or replaced every 10 years. 

Our MCS status can re-assure insurers looking for qualified Engineers for biomass systems, and we pride ourselves on a responsive and knowledgeable service for customers. 

Glendevon Energy are Innasol Partners which accredits us to service ETA pellet/ chip & log boilers, and Nibe Service partners for their boilers.  We are recommended by Eco Angus for maintaining their log boilers, trained by Windhager & Froling for servicing and repairing their pellet & log boilers and mentored by Hargassner for their boilers. 

We are centrally based and our Biomass Engineers cover a wide area of Scotland, including Angus, Fife, Stirlingshire,  Perthshire, Clackmannanshire, Glasgow, Dundee, Kinross, the Lothians and Edinburgh.
